What Domaint collects, why it is used and the choices available to you.
02Data we process
Domain queries and technical response data are processed to create reports. We may receive an IP address and basic request metadata for security, abuse prevention and infrastructure logs.
If you create a domain watch, we store the email address, domain, language, confirmation state and notification history needed to provide it. Language and consent preferences are stored in your browser.
03Services and purposes
Domaint uses registry RDAP/WHOIS, DNS, Wayback Machine and optional authority-metric providers to answer a query. Railway/Postgres hosts the application and watch data, Resend delivers requested emails, Cloudflare helps with DNS and security, and Google Analytics runs only according to your consent choice.
04Retention and control
Unconfirmed watch links expire after 48 hours and stale unconfirmed records are periodically removed. Confirmed watches remain until you unsubscribe. Technical logs follow the retention controls of the hosting and security providers.
You can change analytics choices from Privacy preferences and unsubscribe from every watch email. To request access, correction or deletion, use the contact page.
05International services
Some providers may process data outside your country. Their own privacy terms and safeguards apply. Domaint sends only the data required for the requested feature.
